Currently, our bottling choices encompass PET, Bag-in-Box, 185ml, 750ml, and 1L options, featuring diverse bottle shapes such as Alsatian, Burgundian, and Bordeaux styles. Our state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology uphold rigorous standards in wine production, bottling processes, and logistical management.
With a sprawling 6000 sqm bottling facility, a tank capacity of 6 million liters, and a storage space spanning 34,000 sqm, our winery provides both convenience and peak performance. We consistently invest in maintaining our equipment at the forefront of technological advancements year after year.
A family company, founded in 1762
In 1762, the Biecher family founded their wine cellar in the village of Saint-Hippolyte, nestled at the base of the Vosges mountains and just below the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle.
Situated in the heart of Alsace, the family possesses vineyards, with each successive generation playing a role in the company's prosperity. Currently led by Olivier Biecher, the company stands as one of the leading French wine enterprises, employing a workforce of 35 individuals

Situated strategically in the heart of Europe, our geographic location has opened avenues for bottling wines from various countries. This not only minimizes our carbon footprint but also proves to be cost-effective.
Presently, we are engaged in bottling wines sourced from a diverse range of countries, including France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, USA, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
At Biecher winery, quality control is a top priority. We hold the prestigious IFS version 6 highest rating (International Featured Standard) certification. Every wine undergoes thorough analysis in both our in-house laboratory and an external COFRAC-certified lab. Our scrutiny covers various aspects of the wines, including monitoring oxygen content.
In addition to our HACCP and IFS certifications, we proudly carry accreditation from BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative). This esteemed supply chain management system actively promotes social compliance and enhancements within factories and farms across our global supply chains
